Dr. S.N. Pandey, Principal, B.R.D. College, C.S.J.M. University Kanpur, formerly Sr. Reader, Botany Deptt., D.A-V. College, Kanpur has 40 years of teaching and research experience both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has guided several research students for PhD on various environmental problems. He has published several papers on Taxonomy, specially on aquatic plants. His books entitled Plant Physiology, Textbook of Botany (3 Vols.), Plant Anatomy and Embryology, Essential Environmental Studies etc. are well-known. He is the Chief Editor of Research Journal of Plant and Environment and has attended several National and International Conferences in countries like Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, U.K., U.S.A., Canada etc.
Prof. S.P. Misra, Former Principal, Khalsa G.D. College, retired Sr. Reader, Botany Deptt., Christ Church College, C.S.J.M. University Kanpur, has a long experience of teaching Botany and Environmental Sciences to undergraduate and postgraduate students. During his active service from 1965-2008, he kept himself engaged in research publications and attending National and International Conferences including Millennium Wetland Event, 2000.
