Presently, he is working as Head of the Department of CS & IT, MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. He is a member of IETE, New Delhi. He delivered lectures in different national and international seminars. He has written a book on Design and Implementation of Compiler .
At present he is mainly engaged in QoS routing issues in mobile adhoc networks and Internet. He is also working in the area related to association rules, cleaning and integration of data in Data Mining and Data Warehousing.

Amit Gupta has been in the field of education since 2003. He did his MCA from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He is faculty in Dept. of Computer Science & Information Technology (CS & IT), RBMI, Bareilly.
He has written more than eight books in the field of Web technology, Database Management System, .NET framework, Scripting language, Mathematics. He has presented research papers at various National and International conferences.
The author is actively associated with many IT companies & working on various software projects. He also writes regular articles for leading data warehouse & data mining related website.
