About The Author:
S C Gupta has more than a decade of teaching experience as senior Professor in several prestigious business schools besides rich industry experience at senior positions, working with CMC, Peabody Inc., and SCCl. He worked as a Director and Programme Director of reputed management institutes like ITM and Apeejay School of Management. Currently, he is a Visiting Professor of International Business and HRM. Professor Gupta has also attended Senior Executives' Course at Administrative Staff College, Hyderabad. As a Colombo Plan Scholar, he has visited several countries for the study of Advanced Management and Technology. He has authored three books: International Business Management, Global Business and Cross-culture and Advanced Human Resource Management: Strategic Perspective. He has won several awards and citations in his career.
