About the Author :- Dr. B.S. Moshal in a senior reader, in Department of Commerce, Zakir Hussain Post Graduate Evening College, University of Delhi. He is also the founder director of Delhi College of Advanced Studies (I.P. University). After completing his post graduation in Management, from Lucknow University, he did his Ph.D from, Delhi School of Economics, Department of Commerce, University of Delhi. He has more than two dozen articles and many working papers on public system and rural industrialization to his credit. He has written many books on Management and Business Organization. He has been associated with MBA Program of IGNOU and has been a guide for more than seventy projects. He is also a visiting faculty in several Business schools as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
