The objective of this practical manual is to give a practical knowledge to the researchers, students and to the biotechnologists in different field of life science. This manual is a core collection of experiments of biotech sciences, which will be very useful for those who desire to have fundamental techniques have provided us many benefits, and a better quality of life. Applications of biotechnological techniques have provided us many benefits, and a better quality life. The world today uses a language which has a lot of biotechnological science in it. Without knowing, we use many words and phrases derived from biotech science. We are also becoming conscious of our environment as well as our economy. Biotechnology has much to do with both these aspects. It is, therefore, important to learn the language of biotechnological science. Children and adults alike have to know the rudiments of science and must be able to use the language of biotech science where necessary. They must be able to apply the lessons learns from biotech science in daily life. About The Author:

Er. Anupan Singh passed B. Tech. (Biotechnology), M. Tech. (Biotechnology) in first division from Sardar Vallabh Paterl University of Agri. and Technology, Meerut (India). Since then he is teaching at S.D. College of Engineering & Technology. During his master he was awarded by DBT-Studentship from Department of Biotechnology, New Delhi. He gained specialization in Immunology and Animal Biotechnology. He also delivered guest/special lectures at a number of symposia/seminars in India. He has Nobel experience of research. During study he has development a molecular kit for the detection of adulteration of species milk by suing PCR.

Er. Ashwani Kumar Singh passed B.Sc. in first division from University of Allahabad. Author has also passed B.Tech. (Biotechnology) M.Tech. (Biotechnology) in first division from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agri. and Technology, Meerut (India). Author is expert in DNA fingerprinting. During his masters he was awarded UGC fellowship for the professional courses. He has a great interest in plant biotechnology research. Currently author is working as a Senior Research Uttar Pradesh Council of Agricultural Research, Lucknow.
